Fardin Mushfirat

"Fardin Mushfirat is a menstrual health activist from Chittagong, Bangladesh, and a current International Relations student at Taylor's University in Malaysia. His activism focuses on promoting eco-friendly menstrual products and advocating for female leadership in climate action. Fardin serves as a Country Ambassador for Awareness 360, where he leads social action projects that address environmental pollution, sanitation, hygiene, and youth empowerment, with a special emphasis on grassroots-level initiatives.

Fardin's personal journey has been marked by overcoming societal barriers, including fighting for his right to higher education against cultural norms that discouraged it due to mental health stigmas. His work includes conducting research on the plight of Rohingya refugees in Malaysia, supporting elderly women entrepreneurs through poverty alleviation initiatives, and leading menstrual health projects that span across Bangladesh and Nepal. Through the Youth Delegate Program, Fardin aims to expand his impact by collaborating with global peers, enhancing his advocacy skills, and applying innovative approaches to further promote gender equality, social justice, and environmental sustainability."
