The Youth Delegate Program is a leadership development program designed to help early-stage Changemakers unleash their full potential.

Through our immersive non-academic curriculum, we equip emerging visionaries with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to create impactful change.

Youth Delegate Program

The Youth Delegate Program is a peer-to-peer program. To maintain a healthy dynamic of engagement, we ask that our Delegates meet the following criteria:

Age: Attendees must be between 18 - 25 on the start date of the program.
English Proficiency: The program is conducted in English, so a firm grasp of the English language is essential.
Time Commitment: The Youth Delegate Program requires 3 - 6 hours per week for the duration of the Cohort.
Foundational: Delegates should be at the early stages of their social impact career.

Youth Delegate Impact

PROGRAM
COMPONENTS

Leadership Development — Delegates follow a 12-week non-academic program designed to build their capacity to create change, influence others, and take action.

Peer-to-Peer Learning — Delegates connect for an engaging, action-oriented workshop that aligns with the leadership topic of the week.

Inspiring Action — Delegates may lead or join Activation Groups, which are thematic groups of like-minded innovators that collaborate to discuss or formulate solutions.

Community — All Delegates join the UNITE 2030 community and gain access to our network, exclusive Delegate/alumni events, and resources and other events open to the entire community.
