Dinisia Bocage
"Dinisia Borcage is a graduating senior majoring in Neuroscience at Georgia Tech, with a deep commitment to servant leadership and community service. As the founder of Passioknit Co., a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting volunteerism as a lifestyle, Dinisia has inspired fellow students to use their passions and skills to serve their community. Through initiatives such as hand-knitting hats for preemie babies at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and leading various service projects on Georgia Tech’s campus, she has demonstrated her dedication to making a positive impact.
Dinisia’s personal journey, which included overcoming homelessness and relying on community support, has fueled her passion for giving back. Her experiences have strengthened her belief in the power of unity and collective action to overcome adversity. As a strong advocate for youth empowerment, Dinisia is eager to join the Youth Delegate Program to collaborate with like-minded peers and scale her impact on a global level. She is confident that her commitment to service, leadership, and innovation will allow her to contribute meaningfully to the program’s mission of addressing global challenges such as poverty, inequality, and climate change."
