In 2020, we created our very first Culture Code. Our Culture Code is our North Star, guiding everything we do. UNITE 2030 is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for our Changemakers. We ask all community members to uphold our organizational values, strive for a diverse and inclusive community, and show up for each other.

Every member of our community must agree to our Culture Code before entering any UNITE 2030 space, whether physical or virtual.
