Moi Marquez, based in the United Arab Emirates, is a dedicated advocate for education and innovation, committed to transforming the way youth perceive and engage with learning. Moi's journey into the world of education began unconventionally. As a child, Moi was not initially exposed to the full potential of learning within a traditional, grade-and-test-heavy environment. It was through self-directed exploration and curiosity that Moi discovered the true essence of education.

At the age of 15, Moi's summers were spent immersed in a world of discovery, taking notes and sketching drawings about flower symbolism, history, marine life, and stars. This period of intense self-education involved taking apart objects, conducting research, and asking fundamental questions about the world: "How does this work? Why does this happen? What's the history and origins of that? What can I come up with to help this cause?" This experience illuminated the idea that education is not merely about achieving passing grades but about exploring the world, growing as an individual, and using knowledge to make a positive impact.

Moi's philosophy on education emphasizes its role as a guiding force that introduces youth to the world. Depending on how it is taught, education can either inspire curiosity, empathy, and passion or stifle it. This belief drives Moi's work with RoundTable Global as part of their Global Change Ambassadors. In this role, Moi leverages a platform to educate, inspire, and create opportunities for youth to thrive in their unique situations. Moi leads a growing and supportive online community of over 300 students, encouraging them to get involved in the worldwide effort to drive positive change.”
