Érica Lisbôa
Érica Lisbôa is a young seed and social transformer dedicated to citizenship and world peace. She is known for being obstinate, curious, creative, communicative, and deeply passionate about the world and its diverse forms of expression.
Her leadership journey officially began at the age of 10, and since then, Érica has relentlessly pursued social impact. She has been actively involved in various social organizations, consistently working to reduce inequalities as a pathway to creating a better world.
In 2023, Érica was recognized as an Ashoka Changemaker by Ashoka Brasil, the world's largest network of social entrepreneurs, highlighting her significant social impact as a young leader.
At just 16, she founded Somos ELO, a global social project dedicated to people, communities, and cities, aiming to create a better world through the metaphorical planting of seeds. These seeds represent not only environmental and earthly care but also a means for each person to connect with the world they believe in, fostering global citizenship.
Érica passionately believes that we are responsible for the change we seek. Her philosophy of "Sowing, Cultivating, Harvesting, and Multiplying," with a focus on honoring the earth and cultivating empathy, forms the foundation of her vision for a universal ELO for peace. She invites everyone to join her in sowing the seeds of a more peaceful and connected world.
