Workshop: Finding Your Strengths

Every impactful leader knows their strengths, Knowing your own strengths and weaknesses gives you a better understanding of yourself and how you function, as well as help you narrow your focus. Equally so, it can help you identify what you’re not so good at, and how you can find fellow changemakers to help make up for what you lack. But being able to identify your strengths isn’t always easy. We’ll help you to identify what your strengths are so that you can develop your own, personal mission statement.

This event is free for UNITE 2030 Ambassadors, and £5 for non-UNITE 2030 Ambassadors. There is an option to purchase the Gallup Strengthsfinder poll for an extra £16.

Hot Topics: Journalism in Peril?

With the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, conversation has focused on the treatment of journalists around the world. While many democracies tout a free press, there are several examples in the modern world of the oppression of journalists, ranging from Donald Trump’s treatment of the press as the “enemy of the people,” to the disappearance of several Russian journalists over the last few years. Hot Topics: Journalism in Peril is a round table discussion, moderated by The IDHouse team. We will discuss several topics relating to journalism in peril, as well as deciding youth’s role in making an impact.

Please note that this is a virtual event.

This event is open to the public.
